Naomi and Piper Go On An Adventure

For my photography class with Dr. Kluck I had to tell a story with photos. Naomi (my sister) and Piper have an adorable relationship. Piper is Naomi's therapy dog. She helps her stay calm when things get stressful, and encourages her when she is sad. I wanted to capture their relationship. I took them out to Two Rivers Park and for the most part, just followed them around

Tumblr is a magical social media platform that has taught me so much about the internet, humor and fandoms. Here are a few of my favorite Tumblr posts that I have saved over the past few years.

1. When users take posts where they want, regardless of where the post started.
What started as a simple question or discussion is now unrelated cultural references and sarcasm. 

2. Relatable posts. 
Nothing is better than knowing that someone out there gets it. 

3. The gold mine of intellectual humor. 
Our ancestors did not have the outlet to share these brilliant ideas that would otherwise be useless.

The image was obtained at a high phase angle –that is, with the sun on the other side of Pluto, as viewed by New Horizons. Seen here, sunlight filters through and illuminates Pluto’s complex atmospheric haze layers. The southern portions of the nitrogen ice plains informally named Sputnik Planum, as well as mountains of the informally named Norgay Montes, can also be seen across Pluto’s crescent at the top of the image. The image was obtained by New Horizons’ Ralph/Multispectral Visual Imaging Camera (MVIC) approximately 13,400 miles (21,550 kilometers) from Pluto, about 19 minutes after New Horizons’ closest approach. Look! My dad is famous 😍😊😉 We have both felt so overwhelmed with love for all of your support of our family! I had no idea how much my life would change last Saturday. A one eyed dog that no one wanted. All my brothers and sisters were gone, I was all alone. But @onei_jordan came and rescued me. He's given me love, a home, and a family to call my own. All without treating me any differently because of my eye. I run and play like any other puppy and love to snuggle and be held. He understands that desire to be treated like anyone else because he lost his sight in his left eye too. My perfect match.
